Hailey Jones started working with APCD as an intern in the spring of 2023 and recently she was hired as the Agency’s Administrative Assistant. According to her, APCD has allowed her to continue learning each day about the pests and diseases that affect the citrus industries.  She looks forward to contributing towards the state’s healthy citrus production. She is also involved in working on a variety of special projects within the office and she thinks and considers herself to be very well-rounded. Hailey has lived in the Tulare County area for her whole life, and she recently graduated from College of the Sequoias with a major in Agribusiness. She aims to expand her Ag experience, and she is enjoying it. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time in California’s beautiful national parks with her family.
