Juan Navarro was hired as the Agency's Maintenance Technician in 2021. He brought with him years of experience in electrical work, plumbing, automotive repair, and general handyman tasks. Shortly after being hired, Juan began making improvements to the Agency's appearance and took on projects that upgraded our 60 years old building. He is a dedicated worker who puts his all into various projects that continuously enhance the Agency. Some of his recent upgrades include renovating the conference room, adding two new offices within the Administration building, and most recently, painting and updating the front of the main office building.  Juan has proudly lived in both Visalia and Hanford. He has two dogs that he loves as if they are his children, and he is a devoted 49ers fan.
