Audelia Herrera began her journey with APCD in 2012 as a collector. In 2013, she took on the role of crew leader, excelling for seven years while effectively operating various field machinery essential for her duties. In 2021, she transitioned to becoming a trapper in the Maricopa area, applying her skills to trap during the winter and summer months, specifically covering the Southern Territory in Tulare County. Audelia is passionate about her work at the agency and is dedicated to continually expanding her knowledge of the pests and diseases that impact on the citrus industries. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cherishing moments with her family, and taking care of her grandson.
